Wim Hof Method
- Breath 30 times. inhale through nose, exhale relaxed through mouth. (more comfortable breathing)(Use diaphragm)
- When ready you inhale fully and exhale in a relaxed way and then hold.
- First breath hold might be around 1:30. next round 2:00. and third round more.
Benefits:

- When the body experiences less oxygen then normal it adapts
- The body will also release chemicals to calm the body which can help with mental health.
