Wim Hof Method

  1. Breath 30 times. inhale through nose, exhale relaxed through mouth. (more comfortable breathing)(Use diaphragm)
  2. When ready you inhale fully and exhale in a relaxed way and then hold.
  3. First breath hold might be around 1:30. next round 2:00. and third round more. 

Benefits:

  1. The short term hypoxia effect can trigger the body to create more red blood cells and oxygen throughout the body.
  2. When the body experiences less oxygen then normal it adapts
  3. The body will also release chemicals to calm the body which can help with mental health.
